Q: What time does Early Release begin?  

A: 11:45 AM

Q: How do I put money in my child’s lunch account?  

A: At this time, there is no charge for student lunches.  However, some children like to order "doubles" of lunch, which we do need to charge for.  To put money in your child's account click here.

Q: My child won’t be at school today.  How do I notify the school?

A: If your child will not be at school, please call 978-838-2417 before 8:45 am and leave your child’s name, teacher’s name, and reason for absence.  

Q: What time can students head to classes?

A: 8:25

Q: What time does dismissal start?

A: 3:05

Q: Can I bring some forgotten items to my child’s classroom?  

A: This practice is discouraged as it can be disruptive to the learning environment.  The office will do its best to get delivered items to students in as least disruptive a manner as possible but cannot guarantee the timeliness of deliveries.

Q: How do I change my child’s dismissal plan?  

A: We use the School Dismissal app here at Berlin Memorial School.  Once your account is established, you will make these changes online.  This ensures that the office and your child's teacher know where your child is going for dismissal. Changes after 2:30 will only be honored in an emergency.  Do not email the teacher or the office about any dismissal change for that day as these may go unnoticed until after dismissal.
